These trips are a perfect way to experience
the beauty and ambiance that has made Santa Catalina Island world famous in

Trips are normally 3 days / 2 nights and scheduled on a
custom basis with a minimum of four guests / maximum of six. Trips of longer
duration may also be arranged.

On this 7-day cruise we'll sail north along the California coastline
then head out for a visit to the intriguingly beautiful islands that lie
offshore. Trips may include visits to the islands of Santa Cruz, Santa Rosa and
San Miguel (conditions permitting). Guests may enjoy fishing, diving, surfing,
kayaking and island exploration.

Catalina Island: Sail a Schooner & Dance the Night Away 1930's
Style!
Join the crew
aboard the 73-ft. classic schooner Dirigo II as she sets sail on a three-day,
two-night trip bound for Catalina Island to take part in the annual Catalina Casino Avalon
Ball
Presented by the Art Deco Society of Los Angeles, along with
famed Master of Ceremonies Maxwell DeMille, the Avalon Ball takes place in the
world-renowned Avalon Casino Ballroom and will feature a fun-filled night of
1930's style music and dancing. Guests are invited to dress in their best
vintage evening attire for the event.
Built in 1939, the Dirigo II is a
genuine wooden schooner that blends perfectly into the theme of the weekend's
activities.

Cost: $595.00 + tax per
person, double occupancy, including tickets to the Avalon Ball, on board
accommodations and meals. |

Newport to Ensenada Yacht Race
3 Days / 2 Nights
Here's your opportunity to
participate in the 61st annual Newport to Ensenada Yacht Race. Being the
largest international yacht race in the world, the Newport to Ensenada race
attracts over 500 entries in this exciting and fun-filled event. Although not
required, guests are more than welcome to participate in the sailing of the
schooner during the competition. This trip also includes land shuttle
transportation back to our point of departure in Long Beach. However, anyone
wishing to return to Long Beach aboard the schooner is welcome to do so.
Dates: April 25-27, 2008
Cost: $625.00 + tax per
person.
Note: If returning on the schooner, arrival back to Long
Beach is estimated to be the evening of April 28.
